“The room was dark and dismal. The small window faced a junky back alley. The light switches and areas around the door knobs were filthy. The towels were stained. The toilet, sink and bed seemed relatively clean. After I scrubbed the light switches and door knobs with my own sanitizing wipes it felt a little better, but we just slept and got out of there. We did not use the shower nor did we check out the free breakfast.”

“Booked a luxury suite. Staff was friendly, and professional. Breakfast was cheap "cheese wiz instead of cheese slices" for breakfast sandwich. I was traveling alone on business; wasn't allowed to use the pool or hot tub due to there rules. I had a vape; needed to go outside to use it. Water in shower, & sinks took awhile for hot water to come out. There systems in place made it a place I'll most likely never book a stay at again as the value wasn't there for the money spent. “The motel is very outdated. The room smelled of heavy smoke. It was a non smoking room. Had to ask for towels both days I was there. No service in the room for the next day. The shower spay was awful with no adjustments. The room needs a complete over haul. It was a last minute booking, I will look elsewhere the next time.”

“IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”

“When I arrived at the hotel by cab I expected that a bellhop would appear to carry my luggage in. I did not see the button and sign that said to press to request help during overnight hours (it was 7 pm) I think you need to make the sign more prominent and have it state that one will need to press the button for help at any hour. I do recognize now that you are more of a motor hotel and most people arrive in their own vehicles but I think you need to realize that everyone does not arrive that……
