Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses etc. Bathroom is large but the shower has literally no place to set the soap or shampoo except to balance it on the knobs that turn the shower on and off. apartment is large and bright. It is a bit out of the way from central Copenhagen so if you want to be in the center of action this is not the place but fortunately public transport is excellent and the city of Copenhagen is an absolute delight." It was like sleeping in a sauna. We could not cool off at night because the west facing side of the building kept radiating heat all night. Customer service denied thatnthey were aware if this, but finally had to acknowledge that they knew and had done nothing but drop off a couple fans. Overheard others in elevator being toldnthe same lies about their stay. Lighting was a puzzle that we couldnt solve and our bedroom door wouldnt shut.This meant that if anyone got up at night to use the toilet, motion sensors turned in the lights and woke others. The only way to stop this was to turn off the master switch, then use the light in my phone to get around. This apartment need some significant issues resolved before being rented again, and the dishonesty when dealing with the property management is enough to keep me from using Bob W ever again."
