“Loved our short stay here - staff were really helpful (even on email before our stay), the free shuttle could drop us at a few different close set locations at any reasonable time, food was great and the spa was really well maintained. Only wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Location was great for Dolomites. WIFI was well working properly for occasional business. However, my room was not prepared professionally when I arrived. No toilet paper, no shampoo, and no sauna gowns. I think cleaning staffs are not doing their duties. A roll of toilet paper was delivered to my room shortly. However, shampoo was not filled until I left after 3 nights stay, even though I requested it at the front desk. I found some broken glasses at the bottom of a small desk. My general……

“There are not enough words to describe the beauty of this resort! They’ve thought of everything from the robes/slippers to a poolside bag. The staff was so very accommodating and ever so friendly and the scenery, well, it couldn’t have been better!! The room was spacious and the views were spectacular!
