“Stay was ok. Lift was hidden in the stairwell. It’s about a 6min walk from the tram and then a 20min ride into the city centre. Restaurant/cafe was closed for most of my stay. Cafes and supermarkets are not nearby. No room cleaning was done (or offered as far as I could see). Not a great location to explore the area from, but that’s on me - I’ll do my research better next time. When I interacted with staff, they were friendly.”

“The hotel asked us to pay again when we checked out. It does not make sense to ask a traveling guest to bear the burden of providing payment evidence. It ruined the good mood of travel in the following days. ”

“Alles Top”

“Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff very modern, prefect location, unfortunately it was very hot in our room and took hours to cool to a comfortable temp. In addition, the bed was extremely hard. So sad to say anything negative.”

“Good breakfast, room space is big and nice.”

“Very good hotel, nice staff.”

“Hotel was good. At good location, room conditions are fine. Breakfast is extremely expensive but limited choices of food. ”

“Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft sehr sauber, es ist ganz witzig da die kleinen Häuschen einfach super sind. Die Betten sind ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles im allen eine tolle Unterkunft und das mitten in der Altstadt Freiburgs, besser kann man es nicht haben.”
