"A superb apartment/hotel and really excellent value. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Excellent location on the north side of Freiburg city centre with a tram stop directly in front of the hotel, it’s only 12 minutes into the city. I was checked in early with very little fuss. I didn’t have a car but parking is limited and expensive compared with the excellent value overall for the hotel. There is a supermarket directly across the street and cafes within a minutes walk."

There’s only 1 small garbage can in the toilet, I wish there was another in main room . The main door can be opened even without entering a code to open, I found this unsafe because anyone can gain access inside the property. "

The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "I stayed in a renovated room and had no complaints. AC was great, space was large and comfortable. The hotel is right next to a convenient bus stop. It does take about 25 minutes to get to the train station by bus, and it's a fair distance from Old Town. Breakfast wasn't worth the money, but it was convenient. Overall I would stay here, just have an idea of where you want to visit to know if this location is convenient."

"Breakfast is included and compared to included breakfast at other hotels it is oustanding. Lot's of great choices. Our room was on the small side, but it had a very nice shower. Everything was clean and in great condition. There is a bus stop on the street right in front of the hotel, which takes you directly to downtown Konstanz. Bus fares are included with your stay."
