“It was overall good. I did enjoy the breakfast offering. The staff wasn’t very helpful, however. I asked for help shipping a package and the first staff member said I could bring the package to the reception desk and they could print a label and arrange delivery. The second staff member I asked when I got the package ready told me they could not help me at all. I had to walk about 15 minutes to a DHL location carrying my 25lbs package to get it shipped.
The property was pretty well maintained……

“The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore.……

“Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Nouri. Das Hotel ist modern, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und auch der hoteleigene Spa Bereich ist klein, aber fein. An kühleren Tagen wird es dort allerdings schnell voll.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend und auch der Zimmerservice war sehr lecker.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Bilder im Internet etwas irreführend sind. Der große Pool gehört zur benachbarten Vita Classica und nicht zum Hotel.
