“Staff were very professional and super helpful.
Rooms are good but the heating/air conditioning system is bad: it is preset to certain mode that cannot be changed for individual rooms, our room was very hot and the system was still on heating”

“The hotel had construction of a new hotel next door. No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. However the bath was damaged with pealing paint that had been badly over painted. The construction noise could be heard……
