Spacious and Beautiful home with a Pool & Hot Tub, 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It’s close to shopping and dining. It’s also close to the airport (4 miles) and Fresno State University & Save Mart Center (4.5 miles). This home is located 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, and 1 hour from Kings Canyon National Park. If you are looking for a home in Clovis, this home is located right at the boundary line with Clovis.

The Space
This lovely home is an ideal choice for groups of all sizes, whether you're traveling with a large party or seeking a more intimate getaway. With 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 well-appointed bathrooms, you'll find the perfect blend of space and privacy.

Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a 4K Roku TV, providing access to complimentary Netflix and other streaming platforms. Two of the bedrooms even feature attached bathrooms for added convenience.

The living room and dining area offer ample space for relaxation and shared meals. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, along with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you might need. We've included kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, spices, and sugar, ensuring your culinary adventures are a breeze. Coffee and tea are also readily available.

For families traveling with infants, we provide a Pack 'n Play Playard and a high chair, making your stay comfortable for all.

Step into the backyard, and you'll discover a beautiful pebble tec Pool and a Hot Tub (hot tub can be heated for an additional charge of $65/night), all surrounded by a charming gazebo and a patio dining table. This outdoor oasis is perfect for hosting a barbecue, with a grill and tools at your disposal. Your leisure and comfort are our top priorities

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire place, including the 2-car garage, with the exception of some closets and cabinets used for storage.

Other details to note
- The pool is not heated. Only the Hot Tub can be heated for an additional charge of $65 per night (you must pay in advance). Hot Tub is turned ON remotely and coordination for time of usage is required. Hours of operation are 9am-10pm

- If you are a local in the Fresno area, don’t book without first contacting me.

- In order to maintain the pool water cleaned and sanitized during stay, the pool guy might be there during your stay to service the pool.

- Yard cleanup day is usually on Mondays. If you’re staying with us on a Monday, the gardener will be there some time between 11am-2pm to clean the front and back yard.

- Trash/waste pick up is on Thursdays. Someone might be there on Wednesday evening to take the trash bins out to the curb.

- There are SECURITY CAMERAS covering almost all exterior area of this property, including pool area. There is one security camera in the interior of the garage. All cameras are visible. GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COVER CAMERAS OR TAMPER WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAN IMPEDE ITS FUNCTION.

Wonderful House

I rented this house for my family and grandchildren for a week while we were visiting family in Fresno. This house was wonderful for our family of 15. My grandchildren loved the pool, they swam in it everyday, from morning till night. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. If you needed something all you had to do was text the host and he made sure we had it. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. I will definitely stay here again.
