Fresno Pousadas

"Check in staff member was combative for no reason. I asked if she could extent my stay another night and she said she couldn’t add a second night until the next day after I checked out first and that at that time she would be able to tell me if I could get another night. I said ok, but yet it’s like she wanted an argument with me about it. It was odd. Anyways we checked out the next day and went somewhere else. Other than that the place is clean and nice rooms. She ruined us even wanted to try and stay another night. "

"The sheets had stains, the towels had hairs in them, the tub had mold. The walls were brown and disgusting. The staff just pretended to be non existent. The pictures don’t match the property."

"The hotel is pretty old, the breakfast is pretty normal. I think you can find something newer for the same price. The location is good a lot of stores like 5 mins driving."

"Nice place! A little noisy however, it could have been our location on the 1st level. Unfortunately ,there also was a guest above our room with noisy children jumping around their room for close to 3 hours. We know it's not the fault of the hotel and the front desk person did his best visiting the room twice to ask them to be quieter. Overall a nice place and we would stay again. Perhaps on a higher floor next time. Lol"

"I had to sleep with the lights on, because I had to kill a few roaches. The bed & sheets were dirty & stained. They obviously don't wash any of the bedding. Also found a bug crawling in the bed.. I've stayed at bad places before, but this shot up to #2..maybe even #1. I actually had the misfortune of staying at 4 other crappy places, but THIS place is the absolute worst in Fresno. The ONLY perk is that there's a lot of places within walking distance. Especially Spaghetti Factory. That was a treat."
