My overall experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, there are a few minor details that I hope the hotel management will consider addressing to further improve the guest experience. I believe the hotel entrance would benefit from some renovation, particularly the carpets, which appear to need refreshing. My room, No. 201, was excellent, and the bathroom was also very good. However, both clearly show signs of age. The room carpets and the upholstered headboard would benefit from deep cleaning or, ideally, replacement as part of a refurbishment. These are only minor observations, as my overall experience was excellent. With a little attention to these details, the hotel could further enhance its already very good standards. Overall, I recommend this hotel and definitely ill stay next time in it

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Laudinella. Rabat at reception was particularly helpful and welcoming, and Fatima, who was on duty at night, was lovely. Another receptionist in the evening was less helpful. The transfer service was good, which was useful as the hotel is quite far from the town centre. The information about the amenities could have been clearer. At reception, we were told that the Jacuzzi and gym cost extra. The public facilities offered as an alternative were around ten minutes away and did not suit our needs. Overall, a lovely hotel and an enjoyable stay, but clearer information about the facilities and friendlier service from the restaurant staff would improve the experience.
