“Adorable, clean property! We had a wonderful stay!”

“Absolutely great accommodations in a very beautiful and convenient area. Check in was seemless and easy.”

“For anyone staying in Fruita, this is the place to stay. A very charming place and the hosts add extra touches to make you feel comfortable, like some welcome snacks and a kind personal note. It is a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.”

“House was clean. Fenced yard was great for the dogs. A”

“What a fun location. We were only able to stay one day, but really enjoyed our stay in Fruita. The location is on a quiet street, but still walkable to downtown. We loved being able to walk our dogs to dinner that night. The kids LOVED the "secret" den (it's behind a door that they didn't know about). The also loved the game room in the backyard and we appreciate the A/C unit on the 100 degree day. We would absolutely recommend and would stay here again if we were in Fruita.”

“Very clean and organized ”

“the property is consistently clean, quiet and comfortable. The backyard is such a bonus for us. The host is thoughtful and responsive. The proximity to town and restaurants and the farmer's market is perfect.”

“Wonderful place to stay! Comfortable and homey and the host is very helpful! The backyard is a big plus!”
