“Place is clean and they clean the common area every time someone checks out, which given the nature of this listing (private rooms in shared apartment) can be daily / every two days.
Very convenient location with great public transport connections, restaurants around and supermarket literally next door. Great for few days.

“Clean room with air conditioning, shared kitchen and bathroom are also clean. That's pretty much all the advantages of this place.
There is a long list of disadvantages, if you choose to stay.
1) The owner doesn't speak English. Communication is strictly Spanish only.
2) Location is not exactly convenient. It is 10 minutes walking distance away from nearby bus stops, which means you can't take advantage of the excellent public transportation system in Madrid. Walking to major attractions need……

“Very helpful staff let me check in early to leave my bag. Beautiful old apartmento right in the city centre. Front room is really big but it can be noisy at night from the street but this doesn't bother me.”
