“This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did……
