“We stayed at Del Cielo Azul in February, just after the storms had passed through Portugal and Spain. The day we arrived was still a bit stormy, but the next morning the sky was beautifully blue exactly living up to the name. It was a little too cold to use the pool at that time of year, but the setting was still lovely and peaceful. The hotel feels like an old house that has been thoughtfully converted into a small guesthouse. It has a lot of personality and charm — definitely not a generic or……

“20 min easy walk to town. Hotel rooms clean and spacious and good value for money. (beds a bit too firm for us!!) Due to new legislation for booking in, ( passport details, email etc)it took a while as chap at reception didn't speak English and my Spanish is poor( thank you google translate!)we got there in the end. Restaurant, cafeteria next to hotel, good food , excellent coffee, excellent staff.”
