Ideal for a comfortable city break in Madeira Island. This pleasant property offers a bedroom with double bed, decoration in contemporary style, clean and functional, natural light through the access door to the balcony; a bathroom with shower; a fully equipped kitchen with laundry area; a spacious living room, minimalist and elegant style, with a seating area, sofa bed, cable TV, as well as an area with table for meals. The access to the balcony, with sea and garden view, can also be done through the living room, where you will find a space designed for relaxing. Throughout your stay, you may use the gardens and swimming pool of the condominium. Maximum capacity for 4 people. Wi-Fi available in all areas of the property. Apartment on the ground floor. Private parking available. AREA The property is located in Estrada Monumental, in the exclusive condominium Edifício Quinta da Falésia, minutes from Funchal centre. Noble area, quiet, quick and easy access to beaches, public gardens, paddle tennis courts, supermarkets, gyms, pastries, bars, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is close to the Promenade that connects Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. In the city centre there is plenty of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holidays: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions.
