Pleasantly decorated and practical, this flat has a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. In the open-plan living room, you can relax after a day of exploring our beautiful island and, at the same time, cook up some delicacies in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed, a TV with cable channels and internet. One of the property's strong points is its outdoor patio, perfect for meals or for relaxing at any time of day with a glass of wine, a book or your favourite playlist. For added convenience, the space has a charcoal barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious grilled food. The property has a communal laundry room in the building and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. AREA This property is located in the centre of Funchal, next to the Old Town, São Tiago Fort ( 2 min. walk), Cable Car (3 min. walk) and Farmers Market (4 min. walk). There is a wide choice of restaurants in the surronding area: from madeira to portuguese cuisine, restaurants specialised in meat or fish and international cuisine. Madeira - Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport is 17 kilometres from the flat by car. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS \- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). \- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. \- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. RULES We want you to feel at home.
