A large patio area and off road parking with secured electric gates. It has sea views (view of Funchal harbour) and mountain views. The apartment is self contained including iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Towels and bed linen provided. Property is 7 minutes by car from Funchal centre, and 5 minutes from the fast road access anywhere in the island. The airport is about 15 minutes away and supermarkets about 5 minutes away, bus stop a minutes walk. Formed thousands of years ago through volcanic eruption it is the perfect locale for those wishing to hike and the scenery is beautiful. Tolle Aussicht von der Terasse aus zum Hafen und auf Funchal. Autostellplatz mit abschließbarem Tor direkt über der Wohnung.
