"We had a room on the 6th floor for 3 days. Very clean hotel with great Aircon. The breakfast was very good - large range and great quality food. The staff at reception (with the exception of one) could have been slightly more welcoming and helpful (we had a delayed bag) or would have been a 5 out of 5. Good location and a nice quiet area. Room was very quiet. Couldn’t hear any traffic."

"I recently stayed at Le Méridien New Delhi and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The first room we were given had no hot water at all, which was extremely inconvenient after a long day of travel. On top of that, there were tiny glass pieces on the floor in the room, and I actually hurt my feet because of it. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety standards of the hotel. Although the staff eventually changed our room, another uncomfortable issue was that the staff members seemed to expect tips and would not leave the room promptly without receiving one. This made the experience feel awkward and unprofessional. Overall, while the hotel may have a good reputation and location, the lack of proper room inspection, safety concerns, and the behavior we experienced from staff made this stay far below expectations."

"The breakfast omelette and fruits were amazing, the restaurant had great food options and the staff were the best of any hotel I’ve stayed at abroad! They helped me book train tickets and taxis whenever I needed making my experience in Delhi smooth and seamless. I’ll be staying here again when I return! Thank you "

"I love the hotel and am a repeat guest for over 20 years. The pool is wonderful when the air pollution is not high and the complimentary yoga classes are a great way to start the day. The food in all the restaurants is delicious and I especially enjoy the breakfast buffet. The spa has good service. I am always treated wonderfully by the staff. The old world charm keeps me coming back."

"Stayed here for 2 nights in a superior room with airport pick-up. Great service pick-up at the airport takes the hassle of getting a taxi to Hotel. Lady at reception was wonderful spoke very good English which made checking in so easy. Room was great bed was very comfortable. Staff were always happy and friendly and only to willing to help you. Breakfast was good with many different food to choose from. We had at the restaurant to times and the there very tasty and delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone staying in Delhi."
