“We stayed at the Pela Mare Hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful choice. We arrived late for check-in, and the manager, Giorgos, was waiting for us. He showed us to our room and even helped with our heavy luggage. The hotel is located on the hill. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and we spent our evenings on the balcony watching the lights of distant ships moving across the water, as well as the stunning changing colours of the sea and the charming coastal town. “Excellent hotel! We had stayed at another one of their properties a few weeks prior. The hotel staff communication and help is out standing! They booked us a taxi to get to the airport. We stayed on the 3rd floor, would request a lower floor next time….so many stairs 😳. Would highly recommend this property!”

“Excellent clean modern accomodation. I had a suite with a kitchenette which was well equipped and ideal for breakfasts /snacks. Comfy bed and also plenty of storage room. Clean modern bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Large private balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning units in suite are also heaters in the cooler months. Enea suites are centrally located in Heraklion with plenty of resturants, cafes and bars on the doorstep. (Expect noise at night-time.) All shops and……

“Wir sind schon viele Jahre in Sissi und probieren immer mal wieder eine neue Unterkunft aus, dieses Mal Koutrakis Suites. Eines vorweg: Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und würden es immer wieder buchen. Unsere Suite war ebenerdig zugänglich und verfügte über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Das Bad war großzügig geschnitten, ein besserer Fön und eine Beleuchtung am Spuegel wären verbessernd. Das Doppelbett war bequem und es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere Kleidung……

“The room was exceptionally clean, water bottles in the fridge were a nice gesture, the cleaning staff was amazingly nice, extremely convenient to shops, sites, and food, you are in the heart. The host communicated well before the check-in date with logistics- it seemed automatic, not a person, but did not provide details to help find the unit once we arrived. I asked questions about leaving luggage and inquired about a recommendation they sent-no reply. It took us about an hour to find the……

“Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad, personeel over het algemeen zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kamers ruim en prettig. Ontbijt buffet zeer uitgebreid en lekker,voldoende plek, ook buiten. Zwembad schoon en verfrissend. Enige nadeel in Griekenland vonden wij dat er buiten en vaak ook binnen gerookt wordt.”

“The villas was very clean, spacious and modern. We were there March 12-16 so very early in the season. The pools were closed which I didn’t know until getting there as it was shown when I booked that heated pools were all year round. There was apparently a sandstorm from Africa for a week prior to us coming which then closed the pools. The host offered us an extra night free however we already had our flights back to Athens booked so couldn’t take advantage of that. Michaelis offered a dinner……
