“Perfect location for exploring Porto. Hotel in old historic building, nicely refurbished and finished inside in combination of traditional and modern / artistic style. Staff excellent - Ajita who welcomed us on our arrival was so nice, polite and helpful that we felt comfortable and relaxed from the first second. Our room was very comfortable, clean and mini bar was well equipped. Slight downside is lack of lift, but this was known in advance from the hotel description, and did not affect us at……

“The room we had simply was not as advertised. The photos & description show a second or third floor unit with a private balcony and a large bedroom, we were put in a ground floor unit where the “private terrace” is simply a slightly fenced off section of the patio space open to all guests. Shower was moldy and the room smelled mildewed. There is no check in or concierge—everything is communicated to you via an AI chatbot. No concierge means bags can only be stored in paid lockers on-site……
