“We had quite an amazing experience at Marvel Hills. Location very good for local access, complete privacy in the room, and a host who was quite exceptional. Freshly prepared local cuisine for breakfast, great chats with the host, he even arranged for a local spice seller to come and see us, so now we have enough, high quality, spices to last for a good while. Excellent!”

“I would not recommend anyone to stay here ever!! The guy who works in the reception tries to fool you every now and then; like telling you the wrong informations about nearby things, tries to charge you for things you are not supposed to pay for etc.
The breakfast that we have paid for (included in our booking) was not good at all. We felt like he just took what he had home that day and served that.
The room was poorly cleaned when we arrived, and we had to ask for sheets and towels.……
“The house is a bit up-hill. Better take a local taxi to drive you there. The host gave me a shortcut to walk down to the main road which is much convenient and fast for down-hill.
This is a homestay, the host is living on the ground floor and 3 guestrooms on the second floor. I do love the common area upstair very much. Sit down with a cup of tea to relax for a whole day is the best moment in the house.
The room is clean and comfortable. Though hot water seems not very work but still fine for……
“Fabulous breakfast and excellent service！ Hotel is clean with enough facilities in the room. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and considerate. Breakfast was rich with many items! A fruit platter with a variety of fruits was one of the items for the breakfast. On one day, I mentioned that I like papaya only. Then on the next day, I was surprised that they remembered it and prepared a whole plate of papaya to me! That was so warm indeed! Special thanks :) ”

"Locate on the peak of the mountain, have to drive a very narrow way to the top, too many insects in the room otherwise it was perfect experience, shower is wide and super nice, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great view of the valley, worth every penny."
