“Wonderful hotel and we had an amazing stay. Very clean and well maintained with absolutely stunning interior and great rooms. The restaurant was excellent with good variety of cuisine from all over the world. Recommend to stay here when in Kandy.”

“I initially had some issues with this facility, with the room and bathroom cleanliness. However, management rectified it and the remainder of my stay went smoothly. Property is somewhat dated. The replacement room was orderly. Good location, staff were attentive and polite. As far as a hotel rating goes, it is about a 2-2.5 star facility. “Excellent location. Room was nice and comfortable. One issue - the wash basin in the bath room did not drain well and there was blockage. As a result there was some smell coming off the bathroom. Shower door did not close well - as a result there was water leakage”

“Das Serendip Hotel liegt eigentlich traumhaft - aber in the middle of nowhere. Ohne telefonisches Anfordern eines tuktuk geht nichts. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber wenig geschult. Die Zimmer wurden in den vier Tagen (von zwölf gebuchten) nicht einmal gemacht. Expedia sollte darauf hinweisen dass es ein prima geignetes Hotel ist für einen stop over in Kandy aber als Standorthotel eher ungeignet.”
