"This is an amazing home for a large family get together. There are large spaces where you can meet together as groups and something for everyone to do. We’d love to come back. This home is especially great for families with children between the ages of 3 and 10."

"We had a family reunion with more than 60 people. The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities. Highly recommend this place for any large group. If we were to do another family reunion in the Bear Lake area we would come back. "

"Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which got our trip off to a great start. The kitchen was excellent—well-stocked, clean, and perfect for preparing meals during our stay. We also had no issues with the Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected when needed.We loved the clubhouse, especially the two pools that our grandchildren absolutely enjoyed. The private beach was nearby and easy to access, adding to the convenience and relaxation of our stay.Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. Highly recommend!"

"The photos of this home are excellent, but don’t do it justice! The rooms are more spacious than they appear. We have 42 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and large, with two fridges and two dishwashers. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall we had a great experience. I indicated only 4 stars for checkin because the door lock did not work. But I was able to contact owner and he gave us the code to the garage and got the door repaired the same day. We were there during a very hot day and it seemed the AC was not able to keep up. Things were better the other two days but they were not as hot. So they may to evaluate if the AC unit is large enough for the size of the house.. But again, the owner communicated well and promptly with me. Overall, though, we were pleased with our stay."
