Good hotel in a good area, great balcony view on the top floor.

Great onsite parking, nice room, fantastic amenities, friendly, helpful staff. There was a glass with water in it left in our room which was the only complaint.

Check in desk is at the Alba, next door. The gentleman that checked me in was polite and friendly, and very helpful with all my questions. The rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy, and the bathroom was great. My friends that I was travelling with were also quiet pleased with the room, too.

We stayed with our one year old daughter and had a wonderful stay. The 2 bedroom cabin was perfect for all of our needs, we had a swim in the pool and went to the playground directly next door. There is also a great cafe a 2 minute walk away for your morning coffee. We walked to the Adelaide zoo and had a wonderful day out. Would definitely stay again. Room cleanliness was adequate. Good laundry facilities. Note there is nil check in area at the premises - you have to check in at a different location ~ 1 km away, not ideal if you do not have a car. Nil lift so you have to carry your bags up stairs
