"I think this could be a great property. Just give some better furniture, make sure lighting and switches work, clean rooms daily, improve breakfast a lot, add better signage for first arrival, fix boom noise in ramp at main level as you hear that at night. We thought with a few improvements and a much better breakfast, that the value could equal the service and that would confirm the price. As is, it was a little expense and my back is a little sore from the mattress. These are easy fixes....

"The room we booked (The Montros) was a spacious room, with a comfy queen bed and plenty of storage for our things. The Godsend was the air conditioning, as the temps were over 95 degrees every day. Directions to parking, the unit, and key access were perfect and communication excellent. You should be advised that you are sharing a bathroom and kitchen, but the bathrooms were clean, the towels were large and absorbent, and the body soap smelled divine! "Établissement à fuir. Malhonnête et de mauvaise foi. Nous sommes arrivés par des routes sinueuses et dangereuses. L’extérieur n’était pas propre. Les chambres sentaient l’humidité et au niveau propreté, poussières pas faites. Il était annoncé que le personnel parlait français, ce n’était pas le cas.
