“The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location with good price, room is newly renovated and clean, breakfast is perfect.”

“The surly guy at the front desk did a poor job of explaining an additional $50 "hold" for incidentals. When I asked for clarification, he suggested we could cancel the reservation and go to a different hotel. The only ventilation in our room was the A/C unit, which smelled badly of mould. They need to clean the A/C units. Other staff at the hotel were friendly, the room was clean, and the free breakfast was decent.”

“The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer.”
