"We arrived at 12 am in the morning and we couldn’t make the payment through the machine. We had to contact the staff and it took about 15 minutes for the manager to arrive to help us. The vending machine was broken, so we couldn’t get any water. I will not recommend this property."

"Stay was ok. Order our evening meal and time before going to our room. When we arrived to be seated. We were ignored to start with. Our meal time was 7.15pm didn't get served until 7.50pm. Staff were only interested in other guest who hadn't ordered."

"Accommodation is in little semi detached cottages in the gardens, which is very charming Bed very comfortable, breakfast very good and evening meal fine Only downside was having to use a tablet to read the restaurant carte. "Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet ..."
