"Beautiful, luxurious, comfortable place with excellent, friendly, professional staff, terrific food (which is particularly important since my wife and I found the food in Ghent rather poor), great amenities like a sauna and pool, nice bed, very nice room, and centrally located. "
"We loved the hotel, but it seemed like they had a problem with their septic at the Duke’s Residence. Luckily we were on the 3 rd floor, where the smell was not as bad. Once they get that straightened out, we would probably give it 5 stars!"
"Brilliant hotel location with gated parking (entrance is around the corner from the hotel). Nice outdoor courtyard and indoor bar area. Room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived at 3pm, but we didn’t have to wait too long for it, and the receptionist was very apologetic. Room had a sofa, which is always nice to have.
You have to pre-book the parking space at Hotel Acacia, and (within 24 hours of arrival) register your vehicle for access to Bruges Old Town, otherwise you risk a fine for daytime...

"This was an excellent hotel, close to all the main sites. It is very walkable. We loved the decor. The only thing that was a bit difficult were the few steps from the entrance to the check-in counter and the stairs to the elevator which made it hard lifting heavy suitcases. But we would stay here again. Everyone was very helpful."

"Great location, fabulous canal view, large rooms and good amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was wifi wasn’t great. If on business and need good connectivity, see if there’s any upgrades available. "
"Excellent location near the main square.
Very clean.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Super breakfast and everything was freshly prepared.
Plenty of choice for Gluten free. "
