What an amazing staff!!!!! I left an article of clothing and they found it and shipped it to me! They went way above and beyond!! We met one of the managers I think Maddi was her name and she was amazing - their customer service is a 20/10!!!! The room was great too, what a wonderful experience we had! Thanks to the entire staff! ♥️♥️

Shower pressure was great. Rooms were clean. Was disappointed that the rooms did not have a mini frig. My MIL received the handicap room she requested but the walk to the room was VERY long and she had to walk up a steep ramp in the hallway to get to her room. It was an odd placement for a handicap room.

"Rooms were large and clean. We were on the first floor which was great! Pool area was clean but I did find it strange that towels for the pool area were not provided. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast on Saturday was very disappointing. There was no batter provided for the waffle maker. ..."
