"Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible, but the toilet was too low, there was a tub you had to climb over to get into shower (with grab bars you had to reach for), the doorbell sounded like crickets so if you were hearing impaired it would not work very well. I stayed with my elderly father. We still couldn’t figure out how this room passed ADA regulations. And the coffee tasted awful."

"The tv was 9 years old, but the breakfast was very, very good every piece of food was fresh and they changed the menu every day and I liked the customer service responded to me well with my phone number, and they work on the phones in the rooms. The shelf in bathroom already fell over when I got there and they were missing some metal stuff to put in there to keep it from tipping over, so it was hard to find the blow dryer for my hair which I don't use except I'm in a hotel just because it's already there and the shower gel were all very nice and high quality. I appreciated all of them."

"Inquired a flight lay over so I needed a quick room for to sleep. The Room and elevator reeked of cigarettes My room door was broke but it shut and locked so I dealt with it. The staff was friendly."

"Spacious clean and close to the airport with free shuttle service every 15 minutes. Decent enough bar and pool areas. Good surrounding eateries."
