I bought what I thought was a breakfast buffet ticket. What I bought was a meal ticket for breakfast at the restaurant where none of the dishes were complete breakfast meals. Both of my tickets were used to complete one meal I was so upset about being misled I let my son have the full meal that both of my tickets provided. The bathroom need upgrades toilet was so low to the ground you need help getting up. And the door to the bathroom bumped into the toilet when you opened the door. I was also charged a 40 dollar security deposit! I have never had to pay a security deposit at a holiday inn? The 40 dollars was given back to be at check out AFTER A ROOM INSPECTION. Holiday Inn this establishment is not representing your brand in positive light.

The room is a perfect size and very very clean! The staff helps you with everything and they are flexible. I have order some online things and shipped to the hotel and I get all my stuff when they arrived at the hotel. Shopping malls, restaurant, park wallmart etc are very close..it is a good center located hotel!
