"I reserved the hotel room one month previous to my trip to orlando ,unfortunately i missed my fly at the airport for bad weather; when i checked in at the hotel one day later they didn't have a room for me anymore ; because i showed up on time i never got any refund for the test of the four days left in the contract!"

"⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience This hotel completely ruined the start of our vacation. We booked two rooms for our family of six for just one night before departing on a cruise, but the experience was so frustrating and unpleasant that it overshadowed what should have been an exciting trip. The problems began before we even arrived. We called the hotel shuttle and were told it would pick us up in 15 minutes. After waiting more than 20 minutes with our luggage and my 82-year-old mother, nobody arrived. When we called again, we were suddenly told it would be another 40 minutes. When we expressed our frustration, the employee hung up on us. We tried calling back several times and our calls were ignored. When we called from a different number, they answered, but as soon as they realized it was us, they hung up again. As a result, we were forced to find a taxi on our own while assisting my elderly mother and managing all of our luggage. This was stressful, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable. I have the taxi receipt to document the additional expense we incurred because the hotel failed to provide the shuttle service we were promised. Unfortunately, things only got worse when we arrived. Both rooms smelled strongly of mold and dampness. The carpets were old, stained, and visibly dirty. The beds had noticeable stains that were honestly disgusting. Instead of feeling comfortable and able to rest before our cruise, my children and I felt uncomfortable and concerne"

"We booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised on Expedia as offering a 24/7 free airport shuttle. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was very disappointing. After landing at Orlando International Airport, we called the hotel and the front desk instructed us to go to Terminal C, Ground Transportation level, pickup spot C271. We were told that the driver would be notified. We rushed there with our luggage because we did not want to keep the shuttle driver waiting, but no shuttle arrived. When we called the hotel again, we were told that the shuttle service was no longer available and that we should take an Uber instead. This caused unnecessary stress, delay, confusion, and an out-of-pocket Uber expense after a flight. At the hotel, we were given an email address and asked to send the Uber receipt for reimbursement. We sent two emails with the receipt and relevant information, but the property did not respond. The room itself was acceptable, but the service communication and the handling of the shuttle issue were very disappointing. If the airport shuttle is no longer available, the hotel and booking platforms should correct this information so future guests are not misled."

"Beds were old and uncomfortably worn out. Pillows as well. Our shower was broken, and could only be turned on halfway. The hotel itself is very loud for an airport hotel, from the windows to the hallways to the doors. Rooms are large but I would take half the size for a comfortable bed and updated washroom."
