Interior composed of entrance, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony, independent heating, air conditioning. There is an oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, flat screen TV, free wi-fi. The property is conveniently located five minutes by metro from the center and Piazza Principe railway station. Metro 500 meters and three bus lines 10 meters from the apartment. Possibility of street parking. The largest aquarium in Europe is 2.2 km away. Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport is 6 km away. The Genova Ovest motorway exit is only a 5-minute drive away and it takes 3 minutes to reach the ferry terminal. The apartment is located in one of the six oldest quarters of Genoa, it is strategically located between the center and the commercial port and a stone's throw from the Lanterna, the historic symbol of the city. Mais par contre le bus passe à vos pieds et vous pouvez laisser votre voiture sur du parking gratuit alentours pour la durée de votre séjour - ce que je conseille au vue de la circulation... Une fois dans vos murs tout cela s'oublie : (il vous faudra avant avoir un peu de souffle car 5 étages sans ascenseur et avec les valises sont le prix à payer) vous trouvez un appartement spacieux de beaux volumes de pièce lumineuses et tout ce qui est dans le descriptif ainsi que de petites attentions sucrées dans la cuisine et le salon. Le mobilier est plaisant et de qualité. L'électroménager de qualité et la literie de très bonne. De plus vous trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans les placards.
