Our concern was the hotel was not near the airport. The receptionist spent time with us trying to help until we realized that George doesn’t have any airport hotels. None are close. The only thing I’d say is I don’t recommend the restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and we are quite fussy when it come to beds. The rooms were clean and towels were changed everything. The best was the friendly staff - you were amazing! Do not miss the buffet - it's to die for. The aromas and taste was mouthwatering - we skipped the restaurants and sticked to the hotels awesome buffet. It's healthy and yummy. Don't skip the free breakfast either. These are not the quick breakfast you get at some ohter hotels, but a proper one. The wifi was handy and we had no problems with that. What I liked: (1) The staff was great!!! (2) Location is great to centre George with lots of dining options you can walk to. (3) The rooms, themselves were very clean. What I did not like: (1) Wifi Internet never worked. (2) Generator was not working so there was no power during loadshedding. (3) The carpet in the hallways where the rooms are located is disgusting and needs to be replaced.
