Our room was very old and dirty. There was mold around the tub and dirt and cobwebs in all the corners. The room smelled of smoke and the ceiling were stained and dirty. We requested a refund, but was denied. We decided to forfeit our payment and found a nice hotel in Georgetown.

I liked that it was next to the stream and had balconies overlooking the stream. Overall the property is very old and dated. The beds were clean and comfortable and it had nice new furniture. However, the bathroom had rust, there were spiders in our bathroom (twice!), the wallpaper was pealing off the wall and there was no fan.

It was a nice place. It was a bit outdated and could use some upgrades.. The pillows were a bit flat as well and a bit too firm. Other than that it was good for a one night stay. The store right in front had great coffee and we had a balcony overlooking the river out back and it was a great place to sit and have coffee with cool morning air. We would stay again.

Great view of the river from the rooms, if you like the sound of running water from a fast flowing river this is the place. Relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. Good choice of restaurants and shops close within walking distance.

I love the creek right behind Argo Inn, but the unit was run down and dreary. The receptionist was gruff and unfriendly. He did not know how to print out airline boarding passes and was not helpful. Given the location, I'd probably return but with minimal expectations.

While the gentleman that checked me in was SUPER nice and helpful, the room and the property were very outdated, dirty, and in desperate need of repair. It was as though the hotel was built long ago and when certain amenities became inconvenient the staff just ripped them out of the rooms. There was rust in the bathroom, the carpet was dirty, there were smashed bugs on the wall, the sliding screen doors was bent and broken, there was a piece of spinach on the nightstand, and wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The only redeeming part of the stay was the river right outside the patio and being able to watch rafting expeditions go by.

The rating said Very Good, the room itself was fine, all though the sink was plugged, the door to balcony would not lock. But it was clean. The ice machine was as far away from our room as it possibly could be. The exercise was good of course, but not convenient at all. Oh yea the loony has no restroom. When you are stuck in terrible traffic for 2 hours it is needed immediately lol

Clean, spacious, comfortable room, creek side, vs other lodging in area adjacent to the highway. Have a nice view across the stream to a hillside and some of the area’s mining history. About a 17 minute walk to most of the dining options in this town. Check in was pleasant, friendly. Would recommend.
