Great Stay!

This property was very quiet and clean. The animals on the property were a huge plus and made a great welcome party! The only problem we had was with checking in - the gate codes for the property gate and the front door were not updated on the registration information sent to me. However, the owner was very responsive and got us into the property quickly. Overall a great stay!

I tried multiple times to communicate with this host prior to scheduled day to confirm booking. I had zero response from the host, I wanted to make contact with this host due to other poor reviews about booking. However, this host never replied to any messages. The day I was supposed to stay at this property I showed up and was given the wrong checkin code. After calling the host they informed me that there was "no running water" and had to cancel my stay. They canceled my stay at the time of checkin with zero communication. They also promised to refund the travelers insurance wich they did not. DO NOT BOOK HERE! These host are scammers and will ruin any plans you have with zero alternative. Stay away from this host and property!!! They don't communicate nor do they hold their end of the deal!!!!!

Communication with the host was terrible. We tried contacting them to confirm all was well with the reservation days in advance. We text and could see they read the text but never responded. We called and continued to text. Three hours before check in the host called and said they don't even do business with VRBO and the property was already booked. They clearly double booked and did not want to own up to it as thier listing is still active and VRBO confirmed after speaking with the owner. VRBO was great, host was not!
