“We weren’t put on a higher floor as indicated at booking. When questioned we were told there was a leak/problem on 5th floor. Hoping for another corner room on a higher floor [than 1] we were shown alternative rooms that were smaller. Additionally the pillows were stained with red juice or wine. Considering the newness of the hotel more was expected. The front desk manager, Ebony was firm and proactive with training she’ll be a great. However the hotel could do better should be better...

“This is our second time visiting Georgetown and our first time staying at this hotel. The location of Executive Suites in Belair is unbeatable. There are very few places in Georgetown where you feel safe and where everything is clean, and Belair is one of them. Additionally, there aren’t many options in Georgetown with a swimming pool, and given the climate, this makes a huge difference. “It was very clean central location close to the town”

“Unfortunately, I made a mistake and the reservation was rebooked twice. And after so much insistence they refused to refund me, and stuck to their internal cancellation policies, even when they realized it was a mistake and I was there. They could have charged the first night and canceled the other two, it would have been the most understandable and logical thing to do. ”
