Horrible experience all around. Check in was very confusing and took us 2 hours. we had no place to park to get in the building. we needed a key fob to get in the garage, but couldnt get a hold of the host to get the fob or even get into the apartment. After 2 hours we finally go in the building and got up the apartment and thankfully the cleaner was in there, we got the keys. If it would have been minutes later we are not sure what would have happened, The dryer was drying towels and stuff when we got there. The big couch in the pictures was not there, a small couch instead. We tried to pull out the pull out couch and we had a real hard time getting it out and it had stains on it. The beds were hard. The overall stay wasnt enjoyable. And its been 8 days now and still didnt get our deposit of $200 back. Besides the location, get a hotel less stress.
