Peaceful and quiet. Not child friendly @ll. No activities for kids. Was very boring. No kids club as claimed. Kids not in mind in that hotel.

Although we are delighted you found our resort peaceful and quiet, I was surprised to learn that some aspects of your staying, like children's activities, didn't meet your expectation. Please allow me to mention, that our hotel obtains a chilldren playground, children pool and a mini club which operates daily from 10:00-18:00. During its operation kids are drawing, playing cards, chess and many other games. Concerning children's animation program, our animation team organizes on a daily basis Mini-disco at 20:30, angry balloons game, crazy balls game, mini bawling and many other activities, like dancing, water polo etc. Nevertheless, all our guests comments are taken seriously and we examine them in detail. We do hope to have the pleasure and opportunity of welcoming you back to Hydramis Palace in the future, as we would welcome the opportunity to regain your confidence in our service. Hydramis Palace

It was amazing! The venue was beautiful! The staff help with excursion selection, food was great. The beach, the bars, the local dances. I was over the moon and glad I chose this location!

Good hotel

Very good food and great staff in the restaurant. The room has poor air conditioning and is very hot.

Lie, Deny, Accept No Fault!

We didn't get the room we booked. They told us that the images / descriptions on hotels.com is inaccurate. There is no wifi in the room. The breakfast was inedible, the mattresses rock hard, and the refrigerator doesn't work. It became a jumbled mess when we called to ask questions. We were looking for a beach front room which we reserved. It iwas 130 euro a night. The "sea view room" was 85 and the "partial sea view room" was 70. When we arrived we were told that we reserved a "sea view room" which is half a block away from the beach. I explained we reserved a beach front room but the front desk denied it even existed. I had to walk the grounds to show him!!! It was obvious that the room was given to someone else so I settled for a "Sea view room" but I booked it on hotels.com because he was still insisting on 130 euro. I was told he couldn't fulfill a hotels.com reservation until THE NEXT MORNING! After waiting two hours we finally got into a room. The next morning I get a call from the reservations manager who denied the existence of the beach front rooms until I showed her a map! She then told me that I'm in a "Front sea view room" which is different than the "Sea view room". I showed her pictures on hotels.com that I was in the exact room I booked. She tried to downgrade our room to a "partial sea view" !!! Fed up, I just left and called my bank for a refund. I'm on vacation, no time for this nonsense.

Pros: Gorgeous location, friendly staff, clean, good entertainment. Cons: Modest size rooms, lots of rules (only certain types of drinks are included, can only be wet next to pool, can't swim at night, can't bring food back to room, etc.), mostly elderly clientele, rocky beach, internet is spotty and only available in public areas (not in guest rooms), no room service, not a lot of food variety day to day, spa staff was absent for 3 straight days.
