Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel était gentil et attentionné. Les chambres sont un peu petites pour un 5 étoiles. J'aurais aimé un sofa, plus confortable que 2 chaises et la douche devrait être rénovée, car l'eau coulait sur le plancher. La nourriture était bonne, quoique redondante. L'hôtel est bien situé, belle plage et très apprécié pouvoir prendre de longues marches.

Smaller, older hotel which was just the right size for a relaxing break. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some parts of the property were a little tired but this did not detract from the overall experience. Beach was lovely as was the large pool. Food was varied and of a high standard.

Die Unterkunft an mich ist sehr sauber des Personal ist sehr sehr hilfsbereit freundlich und nett der Pool ist kalt sollte beheizt sein aber wenn man gar nicht alles haben. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Balkon. Es müsste besser abgedichtet werden, weil das Rauschen der des Meeres und der Krach der Personen, die da rumrennen am Abend in der Nacht, das hört man alles aber ansonsten ist es sehr schön dort und man kann die Zeit dort richtig genießen und zu relaxen. Es gibt viele Ausflug Möglichkeiten man kann sich für Wenigkeit ein Auto mieten und die Gegend auf eigene Faust erkunden.

Another stay at this excellent hotel they cannot do enough to make your stay the best experience possible, the food is amazing and the chef is the most pleasant person who really cares about the food in the restaurant, the whole experience was amazing so looking forward to returning in the future.

Mitigée concernant cet hôtel qui dégage certes une atmosphère apaisante grâce à son emplacement idéal pieds dans l’eau et proche aéroport mais qui est loin d’être un 5* mais plutôt et objectivement un 4* à taille humaine. L’hôtel a besoin d’une importante rénovation notamment au niveau des sanitaires vétustes qui dégagent de fortes odeurs d’égouts ainsi que la plage à cause de ses parasols usagés. Le wifi également a été très médiocre tout le long du séjour avec une connexion casi inexistante . La nourriture quant à elle est correcte bien que répétitive. Concernant l’accueil un personnel courtois et souriant au restaurant mais tout l’inverse au niveau de la réception. J’ai tout de même passé un bon séjour car j’ai sû passer outre ces défauts mais je ne reviendrai pas.

Gorgeous property with immaculate amenities! We got a balcony room with ocean view and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were modern and upscale design with marble showers and floors. Opportunity for food and drinks at the main building and by the pool. The all inclusive dining was of great quality, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort. Also, they are very family friendly.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming and all fluent in English. Good to have access to tennis court, basketball hoop, gym. 2nd outdoor pool was green the whole time so not really usable. The other outdoor pool was cold but still okay to swim in. Nice sun beds on beach. There were a few storms which meant the power kept cutting out and the WiFi dropped. Fairly clean, a couple of ants around food. Got a bottle of water daily, but didn't always get other things in the room replaced like soap and coffee. Our block of accomodation was across from the main bit of the hotel and they didn't always turn the lights on when it was dark which was a bit creepy to walk back alone and relied on phone torches to see up the stairs. Good variety of food and drinks throughout the day, although the wine bar didn't have a lot of the options on the menu. Small shop on site was well priced and had essentials and souvenirs. Easy to get to the airport and into Heraklion by bus. Would stay again but hopefully without the thunderstorms!

I had a very relaxing vacation and overall enjoyed my stay. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. The beach was beautiful and was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The food was good, although it became a bit repetitive after several days. That said, I was always able to find something I enjoyed, so it never felt like a major issue. My biggest concern was with some of the pools. The main pool was quite murky on a few days, and the pool by Building 8 was so cloudy that I couldn't even see the bottom rung of the ladder. I feel that more attention to pool maintenance would make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience. I also found the daytime entertainment to be lacking compared to other all-inclusive resorts I've visited. The daily aqua aerobics sessions seemed popular, but they followed the same routine and music each day. I think the resort would benefit from adding more high-energy activities, such as water volleyball, pool games, and other interactive events that appeal to a variety of age groups. Overall, I had a great time and would return again. The beautiful beach, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere outweighed the negatives. With a few small improvements, this resort could be an excellent vacation destination.

Agréable séjour dans un havre de paix où tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances! Chambre confortable et insonorisée, très belle plage aménagée, personnel adorable. Quelques points négatifs à souligner: piscine petite et de ce fait transats pris d’assaut, salle de bain à rénover, nourriture répétitive. A mon sens il s’agit un bon 4 étoiles à taille humaine. Toutefois, j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

We are having a wonderful stay at Bella Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had a small issue with our original room, and the team listened to our concerns. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a much better sea view and even helped move all of our luggage, which we really appreciated as we are travelling with a baby and a toddler. The food has been very good, with plenty of choice at every meal, and the hotel is clean, well maintained and in a great location right by the beach. A big thank you to the reception and all the staff for their excellent customer service. They made us feel valued and helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend Bella Beach Hotel and would love to return in the future.
