“The madam there is helpful and lovely, Itanlian temper. She is dominating, she is yelling like ( ), filling in anything loud. When she left the house, the world is quiet. EVERYDAY the same thing happens,except weekend. Madam, shouting decreasing your income by loosing customers. Yes, you can enjoy the breakfast and enjoy the night when it's not cold there, because it's quiet. If you go out early, come back late, it's recommended。”

“The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door. There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by. When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room……
