For an expensive hotel I expected a much better experience. The front desk staff were very friendly however the rooms were extremely outdated, there was rust in the showers and no ventilation in the bathroom. The beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable and the $25 buffet breakfast consisted of microwaved eggs and basic foods. Would look for another place to stay next visit back to Buffalo

Thus is an older, charming hotel. I did not realize that some people reside there. At first I was put off by this. But -- the room was very clean and neat. The staff were friendly. The parking safe and convenient. All people encountered were friendly. The hotel was quiet. Check in and check out were easy.

Loved the spacious Harriet suite. Very clean. Wished they had some sort of breakfast included with the stay. Desk staff very nice. Would recommend.

"It’s an old property and they’re trying to make upgrades. But the only reason I got a suite was for the jacuzzi. We were not able to use the jacuzzi. The faucet handle literally came off the tub due to non repair. Disappointing to say the least. Probably would not stay there again. Unfortunately ..."
