Very old property that new paint did not improve. Sheets and towels were clean. Everything else was less so. The rating of " good" is misleading.

The courtyard was beautiful. Staff very nice and helpful. Check in / out went smoothly. Will definitely stay again . Beds comfortable .they were doing some remodeling but not to the point where we were disturbed.

Pictures in the bathroom would be nice to be updated our shower head was loose and was squirting straight to the ceiling and you can tell it's been doing that for a while because the paint was peeling off. I had to throw a towel over the connection of the head to the shower itself so it didn't squirt water everywhere other than that pretty decent stay would stay again

We love staying here before flights out of Buffalo. It’s clean, staff is very pleasant and willing to do whatever they need to make the stay our best. Also offer long term parking and shuttle to airport.

Property is not fully upgraded. Only a few rooms are. I was given a room that was dirty. Bathroom mirror frame was broken, carpet was filthy and stained, no USB charging option etc The scew on the electrical outlet in the bathroom was exposed and I cut my finger on it. Their sole elevator didn't work for several days and customers had to drag their luggage up stairs. The staff themselves were okay. Overall a low quality inconvenient experience. Not what and how they advertised it online.
