The Accommodation
The house is a 200-year-old rectory with plenty of character.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms (on two different floors), two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen opens onto a large, sunny terrace. From the terrace, you can step out into the beautiful garden with olive, grapefruit, and kumquat trees, lovely flowers, and a variety of herbs.

The bedrooms have no doors and are separated mainly by curtains.
The piano in the living room is currently out of tune.

The old stone walls keep the house cool in the summer.
The brand-new heating system provides cozy warmth as needed in the spring, fall, and winter.
All windows are equipped with fly screens.
Awnings are available on both the balcony and the terrace.

From several windows, you can see Lake Maggiore directly, with breathtaking sunrises.
Guest access
There are free public parking spaces across from “Corso Risorgimento, 289, 28823 Ghiffa” and in the nearby parking garage.

The front door key is located in the safe by the front door, which you can access at any time.

An “alimentari” (a small grocery store) is within walking distance of the house. It offers everything you need, including fresh bread, fruits and vegetables, Italian cheese, and prosciutto.
Additional important information:
Free street parking and public parking garage spaces are available a 3-minute walk from the house.

Please note that the stairs are not childproofed for small children.

There are herbs in the garden that you are welcome to use.

A large table and plenty of chairs are available for cozy meals together on the terrace.

Sun loungers are available on the terrace and in the garden.
