“A few days prior to check in, I noticed a negative review with pictures about the property not being clean. I reached out to the host to express my concerns and was told the property would be “deep cleaned” prior to my arrival. While I was worried, I passed any cancellation period and decided to trust the host. When I checked in it was clear the property was not cleaned. Cobwebs everywhere, dust, hair on sheets, dirty bathrooms etc. I immediately got in touch with the host who sent over……
