“Staff was beyond excellent. We definitely would give the two of them a 10 star rating. Room was very clean. Loved the 1800s decor and theme to the house.”

“We stayed in two non-smoking rooms with our children. Unfortunately, the rooms across from us were smoking rooms, so every time we opened our door, a strong cigarette smell came right into our room. It was very unpleasant. Additionally, both rooms had cracks in the windows, which made the rooms feel even less secure. The hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, and there is no breakfast. If you need your room cleaned, you have to request it at the front desk. I asked maintenance to remove the……

“The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help.”

“We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend.”
