“Die Rezeption war Sonntag um 18 Uhr nicht mehr belegt. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde vor der Tür auf den Sicherheitsdienst warten, welcher das Hotel aufsperrte. Am anderen Tag war die Frau an der Rezeption äußerst pampig und sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Dies schmälert total den Gesamteindruck.”
