Reception staff, friendly and courteous. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast tables weren't properly set up, we were offered tea but no toast, the cereal's offered were adequate but the cooked breakfast had obviously been sitting uncovered for quite a while and the fried eggs were hard.
