Glass Bowl Tours

The room was clean but there were issues. I wasn’t comfortable taking a shower as the surface of the tub was worn off and was rough. The flooring was held down with black duct tape and there was no top sheet on the bed, just a blanket. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the parking was extremely convenient. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Got there late in evening, tired. All i wanted to do was take a hot shower and go to bed. Went in to turn on shower no water at all. I was so mad i just went to bed. The next morning i go get breakfast and checkout. I inform the front desk that i had no water 9n the shower. She said there is a 24 hour maintenance man. I said it was very late, after midnight. Was tired and didnt know how long it would take so i went to bed. She again said should of called. Really. I wasnt looking for a free room, but should of offered something.

The elevator was broken when we arrived. Pool water looked dirty. Breakfast was good. The bathroom door would not stay open. There was a noisy fan running 24/7 in the bathroom. Bedding looked shabby
