“The AC in the first room I was given was still getting fixed, there was another box with an AC in it in the room and the tech’s tool bag was still there when I got in. They apologized and gave me another room but it wasn’t an upgrade, it wasn’t even the kind of room I paid for. Granted it’s the same price but still I paid for a shower/bath tub combo and I was transferred to a room with a standup shower. And the thermostat on the wall would have been a hazard cause it wasn’t attached to the wall……

“Room in was in was right between the gym and an entrance. Room was extremely noisey with the people coming into the building. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Terrible sleep.”

“I was originally on the bottom floor but asked to be moved to a higher floor. They accommodated me and put me on the third floor. As a result, I found the room to be quiet and comfortable. Not sure if I would have had the same experience had I remained on the bottom floor.”

“Room and bathroom were beyond dirty. It doesn't seem shower has been cleaned in ages and bedding had stains on it. It was beyond gross and so expensive for what you get.”

“Great stay”

“The room is clean, big enough, and the kitchenette's size is perfect.”
