“I had to get this place last minute for a week when my wife was recovering from surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and I needed something close because I didn’t have my car (long story) with me. We had a small problem which he addressed right away and when he didn't have the login information to add channels to the MBR Roku, he offered to bring a new TV that could do this (we declined :).
